Any cancellation of a confirmed booking must be communicated to The Travel Cube in writing.
Cancellation charges shall be applicable as follows:

| 14 – 07 Days Prior | 40% of Total Tour Cost |
| 06 Days or Less | No Refund |
Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges and bank transaction fees.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on airlines, hotels, transport providers, and payment gateways involved in the booking.
No refund shall be provided for unused services, no-shows, or voluntary early departures from the tour.
