This circuit covers the eight self-manifested (Swayambhu) temples of Lord Ganesha. It typically begins and ends in Pune.
Day 01 :
Pune – Moregaon – Siddhatek – Theur
Visit Mayureshwar (Moregaon), the first stop of the Yatra.
Proceed to Siddhivinayak (Siddhatek) and Chintamani (Theur).
Return to Pune for an overnight stay.
Day 02 :
Pune – Ranjangaon – Ozar – Lenyadri
Visit Mahaganpati (Ranjangaon).
Continue to Vighneshwar (Ozar) and then to Girijatmaj (Lenyadri), which is located in a cave on a hill (approx. 300 steps).
Overnight stay in Ozar or Lenyadri area.
Day 03 :
Ozar – Mahad – Pali – Pune
Visit Varadvinayak (Mahad) and Ballaleshwar (Pali), the only Ganesha temple named after a devotee.
Conclude the Yatra by returning to the first temple at Moregaon (optional, as per tradition) or dropping off at Pune/Mumbai.
