Arrive at Colombo International Airport, you will be met by a designated guide. After the formalities at the airport, you will be escorted to your air-conditioned vehicle and then transferred to Trincomalee. Check into the hotel and stay the rest of the day leisurely at the hotel.

After breakfast, proceed to Pigeon Island.
Approximately one kilometer off the coast of Nilaveli, close to Trincomalee, sits Pigeon Island National Park, a well-known marine national park in Sri Lanka. It is renowned for its abundant biodiversity, especially its coral reefs and a wide variety of marine life, such as turtles and other kinds of fish. The park is a well-liked location for diving and snorkeling and consists of two islands, the bigger of which is surrounded by a coral reef.
Return to the hotel.

A tour of Trincomalee, located on the northeastern coast of Sri Lanka, offers a fascinating mix of history, culture, religion, and natural beauty. Known for its deep natural harbor and pristine beaches, Trincomalee is one of the country’s oldest cities and a key cultural and maritime hub.

Koneswaram Temple
Perched dramatically on Swami Rock, this ancient Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva offers
spectacular views over the Indian Ocean. The temple is an important pilgrimage site and showcases classical Dravidian architecture and spiritual carvings.

Fort Frederick
Originally built by the Portuguese in the 17th century, and later taken over by the Dutch and then the British. You can walk through the old ramparts, see colonial-era cannons, and possibly spot wild deer roaming freely.

Hot Springs of Kanniya
A cluster of seven natural hot wells is believed to date back to the time of King Ravana in the Ramayana. Each well has a different water temperature and is used by locals for bathing and spiritual cleansing.

Local Market and City Center
Visit the Trincomalee market for a taste of local life—spices, seafood, fresh produce, and handcrafted souvenirs. A walk through the city offers insights into the blend of Tamil, Sinhalese, and colonial heritage. On completion, return to the hotel.
